What does volunteerism, making a donation, and saying thank you have in common? They are all acts of kindness!  When was the last time you thought of someone else first?

Research indicates that engaging in kind acts are linked to health and wellness!  Benefits include reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure, happiness, and an overall positive attitude.

International Random Acts of Kindness Week is February 9-15, 2015.  However, don’t let this time frame limit you; take the time each and every day to attempt a new random act of kindness.  No matter how big or small, your actions will make a difference!
